Shipping Commodities – What You Need to Know
Certain commodities are considered as “Non-Document” and need to be accompanied by an invoice and, in some cases, additional customs documentation. Other commodities are considered simply as a “Document” and only require a Unique Air Express AWB no. to be completed. The following list explains what you need to do in order to ship various commodities.

a. Except as per written agreement between shipper and Unique Air Express.
i. Not permitted by the laws/rules/restrictions in force and
ii. Any items notified by Unique Air Express to be prohibited items including share certificates & blank signed share transfer forms.
b. A detailed list of materials not accepted by carriage is available on request.
c. All Hazardous goods declared by IATA as dangerous goods.
- A maximum of 30 kilograms
- A combined length of not more than 274 centimeters (108 inches)
- The dimensions must not exceed 158 centimeters (62 inches)
- The maximum value limit for an express shipment (per shipment piece) is Rs. 25,000/-
- If your shipment does not match any of the above conditions, it cannot be shipped as Express.
1) Doctor's prescription on letterhead with rubber stamp and signature.
2) The doctor will mention the patient's name, age, sex, and date.
3) Medical bill to match the medicine prescribed by the doctor.
KYC
1) Identity: PAN card photocopy (compulsory).
2) Driving license photocopy, passport photocopy, election voter ID card photocopy, or Aadhar card photocopy – anyone with self-attestation (i.e., signature).
